Is this a fit and flare, like an a-line skirt? Or more like a sheath?

@belleannie it is 22 inches lying flat across bottom, it has darts front and back to draw it in some at the waist and darts at the bust sides. It is not straight up and down like a sheath, nor does it flare. It is 37 inches from shoulder to hem, looks shorter in pic. Thanks for asking.
