@kimarley5 shoulder to floor is 55 inches. The waist measurement is tough because of the pleats and there is no actual waistline. If I spread it out the overlay is 20 inches.

@kimarley5 If you want to wear flats then yes. I’m 5’6 and I can’t wear heels with it. So if you were in heels it would probably work.
