ltrisi @hdutot i am so sorry! I don’t know how I missed your message! The heel height is 3.5” (measured at centre back). As for size, these were custom made so there is no indication. I got them when I was a sz 7-7.5”, but I believe they are on the smaller side closer to a 7. (I wish these still fit me as my foot has since grown to an 8).
