Fully lined, back zipper with hook and eye closure, ruching at bust, front ruffles with circles over skirted area, circle trim under bust and just above waist. Same trim continues on sides and back. Slightly empire waist with a-line skirt. Trim has little stretch under bust, however bust has a good 3-4 inch stretch.
