Floral burnout velvet dress

Super pretty wayf dress with a maroon floral velvet burnout pattern. Sheer billowing sleeves with elastic at the wrist. Ruffle hem. Pictures read lighter but the velvet is a true dark black on a sheer black base. Lined so it’s not see through.
