could u measure across chest measurement? sleeve length and jacket length? is it smoke and pet free?

@stylesiluv Hi, I will measure it when I get home. It’s New, Smoke free and I have a mini dash-hound that has never been in the same room with anything I sell. No pet hair or dander. I’m allergic to other pets and even my own if it gets in my clothes so I’m very OCD about that 😊
