This is a gorgeous pastel colored, Spring/Summer or Easter floral maxi dress by the brand House of Harlow 1960. Has lace details throughout the shoulder straps, a smocked waistband with lots of stretch. It is fully lined and a tiered pattern look. In VGUC, has no flaws, stains or issues.
