Yves Saint Laurent le Smoking, aka tuxedo, black mono chrome jacket features hidden button front and hidden button sleeves. The jacket is meant to be worn without a shirt. Sleeves measure 25 inches shoulder to wrist. 19 inches arm pit to arm pit. Exquisite tailoring, per usual. Wide leg cuffed trousers are half black- satin exterior of leg and black tropical wool interior leg. Trousers are 15 inches across at waist and 29 inch inseam.

fidicloset What US size does this translate to? When I googled it, I thought large (12) but the measurements feel like a size 6-8. Please clarify!
