Love this dress, just was too long and I kept putting off hemming it. You can adjust shoulder seams if you want a smaller armhole (13”) as well as hem the bottom to suit your height. It measures 23” PTP AND 65” length. It’s NWOT, is a light weight T-shirt fabric. Great for the beach, cruise, vacation, etc.
