This Free People navy blue embellished lace blouse is lined with super soft 100% Modal. The outer lace is also super soft and not scratchy. Sadly, this top has only been worn once or maybe twice. It is in excellent barely used condition with no flaws. Very well-made garment casual enough for day and fancy enough for night. Hand wash lay flat to dry.
