Is there an elastic waist? If there is a set waist, can you tell me the length from should to waist ? Are there any flaws or visible signs of wear? Thanks

@cl6 It has been worn, so it’s not in new condition, though I don’t see any flaws. I added a pic and a video to better help you see the details and measurements. There are darts at the waist and elastic in the middle.
