Karl Lagerfeld Treasure Link Couture Necklace

Rare and beautiful couture necklace from Karl Lagerfeld Bijoux, circa 1987. Cast links are plated in a rich 22 kit gold and antiqued with a soft brown wash. Every other link was hand soldered to make the chain and it can be worn long at 34” or doubled as an amazing statement collar. Made in Providence RI during the heyday of fashion jewelry manufacture. Karl Lagerfeld was not only head of his own couture house, but also Chanel, Fendi, Chloe and others. I was the designer on this brand and know it intimately, happy to share more pics or info.
