This bag does have a reflector strip on the front. Said reflector strip does have some staining on it.. This bag does still have the gel packs in it that originally came with it. It has multiple pockets on it. The back of the bag has 2 zipper pouches that opens up and you can take the buckles out to turn it into a fanny pack.
