There is no manufacturer size tag, but they are s/m and quite adjustable with velcro-type clisure and adjustable straps. Our 12 and our 15 lb Jack Russell's wore these just a few times. Two vests are available, the listing price is for one. They are in great condition but a few faint marks shown in photos.

lisakpa @mxo008 Oops, sorry, so slow to respond. I think not on size, just tried one on a 18 lb dog and it fits but barely. Yes, quite stiff.
