The red shoes had no black marks that I am aware of when sent out to you. I don't know if your referring to the factory leather with some black designs in it. I am so very sorry they weren't what you expected.

Lisa...You have Viva Beads listed as one of your items. As a guy and not knowing too much about this, can you tell me how this bracelet is clasped because I cannot see any clasps in the photos.
