@runelily it's a 12”W x 7”H and the bottom is 5” wide. The straps are about 4.5” from the top of the bag. It is adorable 😉

No water damage…I will check the handles. I think they are just flat color from normal wear. This bag is cute and has life in it, but it is not new or I would be selling it for a much higher price!
