I have average width feet and was pleasantly surprised I did not find the pointed toe pinched at all. I mean, I would have worn them any way but they were comfortable, secure, and easy to walk in. Made in Italy Size: IT 36.5 and fit between a US size 6.5 and 7 (IMO). Please compare your measurements.
