@kdbeyer European sizes are different. I'm a 4 and they fit me (but snuggly since gaining some lbs). I can take measurements for you if that would help.

@alexistestrake just posted some more photos with measurements. Let me know if you need anything else. You can see in the waist measurement that there are two Velcro tabs on the sides so that you can cinch up the pants if needed, but 15" flat waist measurement is as large as it gets.
