These are gorgeous leather boots by TIBI, made in Italy. They’re a kind of a shiny black leather embossed with a crocodile texture. Size 39 or 8.5 US. 2 1/2 inch heel, shaft is about 16 inches high at the sides but dips down in front. Great condition.
