Reposhing this pretty and sophisticated tunic from Chicos Travelers, size 3. It is a very dark blue, Chico's calls it Ink, with a sheer ruffle on the bottom, slightly assymetrical, of white, blue and green. VGUC, no stains, pulls or marks, with a scoop neckline and elbow length sleeves. Pit to pit measures 22", and has plenty of stretch since it is Travelers fabric. Next to longest point of hem is 31".
