Vtg 70s Gunne Sax Jessica San Francisco Elegant & Romantic Victorian Maxi Prairie Dress White with light Blue detail on the lace. This was my mother in law’s wedding dress in the 70s. So Pretty and Trending right now! Cottage Core and Extremely Feminine Look. Long unlined sleeves taper to a point at wrist & partially cover the hand which is a lovely romantic look. Empire waist with a tie in the back. Gorgeous lace detail for your something blue! Slight puffed sleeve and tiered skirt. Flat Measurements: Waist: 14” Armpit to Armpit - 15” Shoulder to shoulder - 13.5” Sleeve Length - underarm to pointed cuff - 18” Length from shoulder to hem - 57” Cross posted Ask questions! *Last photo is an example of a similar dress on figure per request. tallulah50 I had quite a few Gunny Sak dresses! My first Jr/Sr prom I wore a beautiful while on faint lavender organza. that was embroidered in Lavender at the top. If also required a large hoop skirt. I wore that dress to several events that year. It was the most different things around!

I looked all over for the perfect dress that year…Found it probably around $80, wore it proudly…At the event where the dance was located, we got off of the elevator & low and behold, I spied a friend of mine wearing the same dress!!! We laughed about having good taste!!!
