The halter tie is NOT the one that goes with the dress but you could use a black ribbon or even a heavy weight silver or gold chain necklace. There is no size tag on this but the measurements seem to be for a size small/4-6 Waist is 29" and stretches to 30" Bust is approx 34" but is hard to measure due to the style. Length is 45" from top of waist seam to bottom hem at the front and 47" at the back. This is a long dress and would be great with heels! Smoke free, pet free home.
