This is a really pretty Samuel Blue Petites dress. From the 70s/80s. Excellent vintage condition for no flaws, holes, or tears. Elastic gathering at the waist and split, flutter sleeves. Please note that this dress is sheer, so it will need a full slip or bodysuit underneath. Runs small, so XXS/XS in modern sizing. From a smoke-free home and will consider all reasonable offers.
