Vintage speedy 30 from 1990, all leather dyed black with professional oil based dye, sealed with gloss acrylic resoline leather finish. It absolutely won’t rub off or stain you or your clothes!! Dye soaks into leather so it won’t flake off like paint that others use. Canvas has been conditioned & appears somewhat glossy in images due to that, but the mink oil I use to condition it will buff out if you don’t like a slight sheen. I like to condition the canvas just to make sure it doesn’t crack over time though. VI 1900 date code indicating it is made in France in 1990. Leather is in decent condition, & was thoroughly cleaned/conditioned prior to being dyed. Leather pull tab had small crack that was reinforced with leather cement prior to being dyed, and should hold up if taken care of. The zipper zips very smoothly and easily (see video!). As these pull tabs are a issue with all speedy bags I just recommend being careful with it. Interior is in great condition and very clean, except the small pocket has some purple ink stains that would not come out. I only tried to clean with gentle cleansers, and not harsher chemicals though. Shape has relaxed with age, but looks great with an organizer in it that helps keep its shape nicely. There are no cracks to the canvas, & only very mild wear at corners as pictured. Dye has been applied to all leather, including edges/ undersides where exposed to achieve the most professional appearance, to look like the Macassar collection.
