It’s been loved but it’s still in good used condition and Coach bags last forever. It is canvas so it has picked up some dirt on the inside but I have never cleaned it bc I don’t know how. I am selling it as is and the price reflects this. It has been in my closet in one of my dust bags and is shaped from being used and stored. It does not look bad when you carry it.
