I have never had anyone complain about my shipping times. Due to the virus we actually have ten days to ship out so technically I was rather fast getting your item out. I just received a message that it arrived at your post office today. Shipping times are delayed due to the pandemic and that is Beyond my control. I was very speedy with my shipping time.

As, I said, the tracking is sometimes delayed but I can assure you I shipped promptly and I’m sorry you’re disappointed. My packages always tAke this long to get to me. I’m a little confused. We are given more time to ship than I even used. Have a nice day. :-)
