This is a short sleeve, V-neck bowler blouse with a notched lapel. It's made of soft, silky Japanese cupro-twill fabric. It drapes like a dream! There's some general wear (some white-ish lines on the fabric but they are not staining - they are just the nature of this fabric) and bubbling at the collar - please see the last pic.
