marylisa524 @cmyersgirl the blemishes in the above images are the only ones on the inside of the bag! The bag does stand on its own once it’s full. It’s genuine leather without cardboard lining. So it’s soft and bends to usage.

cmyersgirl Hello Mary I bought this bag from you and wondering if I'm missing a strap? How do I wear this cross body which is why I bought it in the first place? Thanks

marylisa524 @cmyersgirl Take both straps and connect them to each other using the buttons on the leather portion of the strap. Then take the hooks to hook the strap on each side of the back of the bag. After that you’ll have to adjust the strap to your preferred length. If this explanation still seems confusing, go to brighton.com and search for Miles Convertible Backpack. They have photos there showing how to hook and place the straps for a similar convertible backpack!
