Dress is between misses and plus at a size 0. I’m a size 18 with DD chest and it fits. Could also fit size 16 or 20 I’m guessing too. Stretchy fabric. Bottom skirt not lined but top is and has super cute back strappy detail. It’s black, emerald and white. Smoke free home.
