lourabee @cattle38 Hello! I would say these run pretty true to size. I'm a true 8 now. But it helps a lot to have the wide width (I have similar OOAS shoes in wide), because normally these run a bit narrow. Hope that helps, happy to answer any more questions. Thanks so much for your interest! :) L
