The model has it like down on her shoulders- does this fit like normal? (Where the sleeves aren’t down on the shoulders but sit at the top of the shoulders like normal)

@nichutch22 Yes you can wear it on your shoulders instead of off the shoulder and it has more of a rounded neck look with the ruffle which lays flat.
