Wow. You need this for a tropical vacation. It is a turquoise floral print with a smocked bodice and peplum hem. I needed a small and this is a medium. Bust is 34 inches and length is 25.5 inches. It has a gorgeous puff sleeve and lots of black and hot pink accent. 100% polyester by Jodifil. It really feels like poplin.
