This dress is a bombshell! The photos do do it justice! Made in the early '80s in the USA. The wiggle dress has spaghetti straps embellished with cobalt blue crystals. Boning in the bodice at the bust and under arms. The dress is paired with a matching bolero jacket and earrings with the cobalt crystals. The jacket has shoulder pads sewn inside the lining.
