Nice tunic blouse 100% cotton, with white tassels at base. The arms have loose elastic at end and hit right below the elbow. Neck is a wide scoop, I like it with a white tank underneath. This top is super cute, loose carefree look that I love with white capris. Excellent condition, only worn a few times.
