Made from lightweight silk-voile, this 'Blayne' blouse has a cold-shoulder silhouette that's framed by a ruffled overlay and collared halter neck. Long, flowing flared sleeves with drawstring cuffs Beautiful vibrant floral print on a vintage blue background. It has been dry-cleaned and, after pick up, I have found a tear approximately 1” under the armpit. Not noticeable when worn but will need to be repaired. Please see photo.
