Authentic 15mm Louis Vuitton heart shaped zipper pull upcycled as a pendant on an unbranded 16 inch (2 inch extensor) 14k gold plated chain. Both sides of the heart are the same. No scratches, necklace is brand new! Photos were hard to take because the pendant is so shiny and reflective.
