This bag is still fully functional and the interior is clean with zippy zippers, but there is quite a bit of wear/rubbing to some parts of the exterior canvas and it could use a cleaning. The wear does not go all the way through (it is lined), there are no holes. If you like the distressed look this bag is perfect or you could fix it up and have a great Gucci bag at a bargain price. suzrolb I certainly meant no disrespect...I'm sorry if if my comment came across the wrong way. I've worked for USPS for 17 years and I am embarrassed by the horrible service we have provided in past 3 years...as a carrier, I have no control over when the mail arrives...all I can do is provide the best service possible to my customers on my route. I'm terribly sorry if I offended you 💞

suzrolb USPS no longer uses air transport...only ground. PMG DeJoy did that. it's terrible...it's slowed down all our services and I apologize on behalf of my employer

leopard206 @suzrolb you didn't offend me. My understanding was that priority mail still goes by air depending on the to/from locations, but if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I only stopped responding because I'm filling in as admin and the chat goes very fast, so I needed to focus on that.

suzrolb @leopard206 no worries, and no need to reply...but just FYI, all mail (except express 1 day guarantee mail) all goes by ground now. that's why the service has been so terrible...and I'm so sorry. Our unions are fighting diligently against Postmaster DeJoy and the horrible situations he's created for all of us that are actually doing the work, boots on the ground. again, my apologies
