There's plenty of life left in this dress/ top by Double D Ranch! It is size small, but I would say it fits more like a medium or even large because it is designed to be oversized. It has a small spot on front, numerous pulls on threading and one side at tie has come undone - see pics. Off shoulder and adjustable tie at waist give you option of wearing a short dress or pairing with leggings or skinny jeans. Underarm 21" length 35" waist is so flexible with the tie that I think it could go from 21" to 14", give or take.
