Louis Vuitton Monogram Blois Crossbody Bag

I purchased as a little bit of a fixer upper. When I received the bag, there was extensive peeling in both the interior and exterior side pockets (not the main compartment). I removed the sticky black residue caused by the peeling of the original Vuittonite lining from both pockets, so the underlying fabric lining is now exposed in the side pockets. The original strap was not included when I purchased the bag, but I have added an authentic vintage Louis Vuitton monogram crossbody strap. There is darkening of and some wear to the vachetta, including minor cracking on one of the side tabs where the strap connects. The hardware could use additional polishing. There are some scratches in the interior compartment and black marks as a result of the black residue from the previous peeling of the Vuittonite lining in the interior, which could potentially be reduced/removed with additional cleaning. Despite the above and given its age, this bag is in good condition. The canvas does not have any wear that I’ve detected other than a small white and red mark on the base of the bag and is in good structural form. See photos for wear and condition.
