INC International Concepts FrankII Tall Riding Boots

INC FrankII tall riding boots, in black. These were only worn a handful of times so in really good condition. They do have some marks in the leather on both boots as pictured. The top of the shoe also has creases as pictured. They are made of leather as the label shows
