I've been the only owner and bought it new directly from the Kate Spade website. Gray wool, soft black pebbled leather, with navy and tan striped accents. Top flap is a large zipper pocket. Inside has 1 zipper pocket and 2 phone-sized drop pockets. Magnetic closure. I have loved this purse. It's surprisingly spacious.
