Beautiful blouse! New with tags. Spense petites small red and black with bell sleeves 3/4 length. Fabric at top of blouse and top of sleeves is pleated and stretchy. Beautiful flowy blouse. mrgrtmota I have this top in black & white but it is a regular small. Since it is petite, I'm curious about the length. Could you please post the length measuring from shoulder to bottom of hem? Thanks 😊
