Joie navy blue silk floral top in size xs. Smocked sleeves and neckline with floral pattern throughout. Flowy towards bottom with tassel front straps. Due to material and color top does look washed out but still very beautiful and lots of life left. Please keep in mind this is a pre-loved item therefore signs of wear may be visible and normal.
