This is a lightly ribbed pullover turtleneck sweater from Democracy. It has white paint-spattered designs against a black background. There are long full sleeves that are banded on the ends, and a rounded bottom. The turtleneck can be worn up or down. Size S, the chest is approx 17.5” across and the length to center is about 24”. 85% polyester, 12% rayon, 3% spandex. Very soft and comfortable.
