@shedkitty hi there, shoulder to shoulder is about 15.5" and sleeve length starting from the shoulder seam down is 24".

@shedkitty I'm am somewhere between XS and S. Always depends on the brand and the cut of things as I can fit into both depending on these factors. I don't think the original seller measured the shoulders accurately because she told me they were 16.5" which is why I thought this would fit me but I'm getting 15.5". See additional photo I just added.

Don't get me wrong though, I can fit into it except it's just giving me that snug pulling feeling across the shoulders when I lift my arms so a Small would better suit me.
