This is a gorgeous piece by Blanch Noir. The stylish pleated bottom and metal buttons are sure to draw compliments. This piece is extremely versatile and can be worn for almost any occasion. This is a pre-owned piece. Expect for there to be small signs of wear such as lint, small loose threads, or piling. None of these will change the stated condition. Please note that there is a top button missing. I never used it, so I didn't replace it. It sits in a place that is kind of hidden. I left the thread ends in case the buyer wants to add a button.
