@hellokitty345 for a pre-owned piece it is in excellent used condition. No damage, no rips tears or scratches, no smell, no corner or piping wear. Straps and hardware look great. Well maintained bag not in brand new condition. The bottom has a slouch which is typical for this size PM and GM models.

@janel_bradford no box no dust bag but anyone can ask the store when you take it to Hermes spa. The middle part is easily go back into the front slots this is well known. Will add interior photos tomorrow if you are still interested. Thanks
