Never worn, brand new
Wrong size purchased by family member abroad directly from Bottega boutique. Can’t return - was expecting the “small”/ larger version, which I subsequently purchased. Looking to put the sale of this teen size towards the cost of my new small Jodie- and hence will not acknowledge lowball inappropriate offers for a totally new, very in, made in Italy fine luxury bag.

@daralane hi, my dad bought it for me abroad and somehow managed to buy the wrong size. I will have to ask him if he has the receipt. But I do have the gold lifelong warranty card that comes when purchased directly from bottega boutique!

@daralane hello! Just circling back to let you know that I haven’t forgotten and am waiting on him to find the receipt. In the meantime, I added the last photo which explains the gold card with the unique QR code that guarantees you a lifetime warranty at Bottega. I scanned my card (It’s a fairly heavy, thick metal card) and it shows the exact time, date and location of purchase.

@lb970 hello, I did not look for the receipt after the above person gave up on buying. I already purchased the size I wanted initially and am trying to sell this off asap to offset the cost. Again, all bags purchased directly in any worldwide Bottega boutique since the beginning of 2023 come with a thick gold identy card with a specific code that shows which store they were purchased in, which date and time etc. It is the purchaser’s lifetime warranty for repairs and care. Hope that helps.
