Umgee Oversized Tunic

Umgee oversized tunic is a size small with a pit to pit if 22 1/2” and a length of 30”. Could be wore as a dress if you are shorter. This blouse/ dress has lots of beautiful details with pleating and cutouts. The long sleeves also have tie details and a ruffle. It’s 55% cotton and 45% polyester.
