Very good pre-owned condition! Super cute boots!!!!!!!!!!! Some creasing but they look to have only been worn a couple of times. I wear a 9 and had plenty of room and very comfortable on. I think they would fit a 9.5 with thin hose or socks as well. Probably a little big on a 8.5 unless you wear thick socks. Medium width 2 1/4” heel
